We provide flexible site based or fly to site managed services that are tailored to individual Client requirements. Service workshops help define requirements and an appropriate balance of cost and risk. Standing up specific teams to meet each requirement we provide a wide range of bespoke services including UK wide Campus Mangement, Break-Fix, Moves, Adds and Changes to agreed SLA's.
With a 24x7 Service Management Office and a large engineering team, we provide going break-fix services throughout the UK. ITM processes several hundred calls per month delivering rapid site attendance and problem resolution. Our cabling break-fix service is augmented with customer owned and pre-configured network quipment that is securely stored at our facility in Milton Keynes ready for rapid dispatch to site.
Customer equipment rooms can become congested, resulting in a difficult to manage environment. ITM provides a nationwide tidy-up service, the scope is variable but can include: tidying of cabling, patching, labelling, ICT equipment, UPS, power and cooling equipment. This service is often combined with our audit and documentation service to provide the customer with a tidy looking and well documented equipment room.
Campuses often have complex fibre networks running across them. These environments can become congested and difficult to manage, especially where several telcos and network operators are competing to use the same physical capacity in the duct or riser. We have specialist knowledge gained at very large campuses and can provide a complete capacity management, installation and maintainance service.
Our UK wide small works service delivers a wide range of day to day connectivity requirements; from STP/UTP structured copper cabling, multi and singlemode optical fibre installation, to maintenance and repairs, as well as small electrical and containment installations. Whilst completing small works requirements; we can also carry out site surveys for new projects, producing comprehensive quotations as required.
Backed by our in-house secure technical logistics facility, we provide a scalable nationwide equipment installation. We have expertise of staging, distributing and installing a wide range of customer equipment including Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, Networking, UPS and EPOS solutions. Our experience spans several market sectors with rollouts delivered at scale and pace, managed centrally by our Service / Project Management Office.

Providing a ‘hot swap’ service using customer consigned equipment held in our secure facility in Milton Keynes, and backed up by our nationwide installation service. Upon customer notification, the request is logged and allocated to the duty engineering team for installation to meet the SLA. In addition to our BAU hot swap service, we also provide services to support technology rollouts and network refreshes.
ITM provides an efficient and cost effective PAT service, utilising a database to record all equipment test results. The database produces reports, test certificates and due dates for retesting. The proliferation of desktop and office ICT equipment within the typical workplace has created a sizeable annual task to remain compliant, we can help you manage your assets and satisfy Health and Safety legislation.
Our engineers can be contracted to provide ad-hoc or on-going patching services; working to customer or ITM supplied schedules to include all copper and fibre patch leads, cable management systems, power cords and server arms. A properly dressed and patched cabinet is essential to an efficient IT operation, ITM patched and dressed cabinets are distinguishable by a very high standard of workmanship.
We offer a complete design, installation, project management and support service for network infrastructure on a nationwide basis. ITM works as an incumbent contracted supplier to many major public and private sector clients. To support these long-term relationships, we provide dedicated teams that deliver an effective managed service, delivering services to demanding SLA's.
As customers expand or move their operations, we provide expertise to build out new infrastructure or to migrate existing equipment to a decant / swing space location. Requirements vary but often comprise: racking and stacking of network and server infrastructure, complex desk builds in control room or trading environments and installation of AV and associated equipment.
ITM’s survey teams capture the detail required to design and install a wide range of network infrastructure including, structured cabling, Wi-Fi, Physical Security and AV. Our Design Consultants and Project Managers are selected for each requirement on the basis of appropriate sector and technology expertise. Survey deliverables include comprehensive documentation in an ITM generic or customer specific format.
