iComply is a cloud based, centralised and modular platform that makes it easy to manage and share compliance information throughout our organisation, minimising the need for paperwork and manual reporting.
The platform comprises modules for: Training, PPE, Plant, Audits, Incidents, Actions and My Dashboard. A few of the key features of the platform include:
iComply has allowed us to streamline the way in which we manage Health & Safety across the business. It is easy to use, has a simple matrix system in most modules, along with a RAG system to easily identify areas of non-compliance.
Notifications are issued from the platform to designated recipients when action is required i.e. when training is due to expire, an inspection is overdue or an action has been raised.
Each staff member has their own log in, which means they have a unique dashboard listing their own tasks, inspections and training etc.
An App allows field workers to complete certain tasks using their handheld devices. Our operations team can complete audits, inspections and raise actions all via the App. All data is synced back to the main platform, and any raised actions picked up on by the office team, for example the requirement for a new piece of PPE.
We are currently looking at developing the iComply platform to assist with managing our ISO accreditations. For example, completing internal audits, raising corrective actions etc all via the system.
