NETWORKED ENERGY MANAGEMENT

In today’s business environment ‘green’ issues are high on the corporate agenda; with a need to reduce energy consumption in order to minimise costs and meet legislation. By intelligently monitoring and reacting to energy consumption, buildings and data centres can become ‘green’ – only when energy usage is fully understood can plans be developed to reduce consumption.

Leveraging key industry experience, ITM Communications provides a comprehensive suite of Energy Management Solutions that ensure you are actively implementing initiatives to maximise savings and achieve environmental compliance.

We collect and integrate data streams from existing building systems, lighting networks, ICT infrastructure and other main utility meters. Our Carbon Dashboard and Energy Analysis Engine then presents key energy consumption and carbon emission data from across any organisation, in a user friendly format.

As an Endorser of the EU Code of Conduct for Data Centres we promote industry best practise for data centre infrastructure efficiency. We actively work with Clients to monitor, manage and reduce the amounts of energy that they consume; using a range of focused solutions and services.

We build out of band monitoring networks to allow accurate monitoring of the energy usage of ICT equipment. Once data has been collected, industry metrics, such as PUE and DCiE, can be calculated and displayed on a ‘Carbon Dashboard’ in real time.

We also offer a suite of Energy focused tools and services to meet the Carbon Reduction Commitment Energy Efficiency Scheme.
