A high-quality, competitive and fast fibre assembly service is offered from our Milton Keynes facility, which is equipped with the latest polishing machines and interferometer inspection equipment. Many of the pre-terminated assemblies we offer are bespoke for a wide range of applications within data centre, industrial, backbone, external and broadcast environments.
Cloud computing often requires that data centre infrastructure is built out quickly to meet capacity demands. ITM offers an offsite integration service, building client specified racks, IT equipment, power, cabling and labelling to a templated and asset managed standard. The completed racks are built and stored in our secure location before being shipped and installed at the customer’s site.
From our secure facility in Milton Keynes we offer a nationwide equipment replacement service from customer consigned stock. Once our Service Management Office receives notification that a replacement, switch, router, access point or UPS is required - the request is logged and job allocated to the duty engineering team for installation, to meet the SLA.
With our own laser engraving machinery we produce custom designed labels for customers’ infrastructure labelling requirements. We can engrave detailed customer logos onto each label with a complete range of colours and font types available. Our machinery is capable of engraving high volumes of labels very quickly with pin sharp detail that can be used on densely populated switch or patch panel ports.
Our solutions provide a standalone infrastructure management capability or can be integrated as an integral part of a wider DCIM strategy. With our vendor partners, we offer infrastructure management from the desktop, at the rack or across the entire data centre using best of breed KVM over iP and serial console management tools.
Our tools help you automate the traditionally expensive and time consuming manual processes of inventory or asset management. ITM offers tools that deliver real time consolidated information on both the status and location of your IT assets. Non-disruptive implementation means these tools are both easy to install and quick to achieve a return on investment.
ITM partners with leading vendors to offer both sophisticated and simple PDU solutions. We offer a wide range of PDU strips, from inexpensive commodity items to auto sensing and monitored solutions that can form a part of a wider DCIM solution. We also offer custom configurations that are colour coded for A + B feeds, featuring a customer specific mix of outlet types.
